Karina Le lives in Rochester, New York along with her father, mother, brother, and their pet Pomeranian. She shows great interest in writing and illustration. She also seems to excel in a number of subjects; most strikingly are the subjects among the Science genre. Which leads towards her idea of becoming someone among the medical area. Karina is excited for the upcoming year and is ready to attack anything; challenging or not. She hopes that she will get along with both her teachers and classmates for the next four years in the Creative Writing department.

Despite his appearance, Nasmere is a very accomplished author and constantly puts his heart and soul into his pieces. As of 2012, he has been attending School of the Arts in Rochester, New York practicing his art of Creative Writing. One day, he hopes to fulfill his dreams and become a very successful author. ReplyDeleteAlexander Christie is currently a 9th grade creative writing major at School of the Arts. He is 13 years old. He currently lives with his parents in Rochester, New York and has a sister studying theatre in New York City. In his free time, he enjoys reading books and writing short stories. His family is very supportive of his writing and everything else he is invested in. Although he hasn’t written any long term pieces of writing, he hopes to write and publish a novel someday. Aside from writing, he also enjoys singing, dancing, and acting in various productions. He loves living in an arts community and being able to do the things he loves. Going into his 9th grade year, he is excited to be learning new things about writing and himself. He hopes that he can continue to express himself through the arts after school, and share his knowledge with the world.
Jocelyn Brillian is a new writer. Her writing comes off as dark and creative. In third grade she told everyone she wanted to be a writer. Her home life was alright. Her school life was full of bullies. At age twelve things took a turn for the worst. Her writing showed more of a dark tone and more teen events. Her writing connected with her life. I her early teenage years her writing was bad scenarios. Jocelyn grew up facing her demons. She put her demons in her writing. Her mother didn’t like that she had become so dark. Jocelyn did not change her ways and set out to be successful. She began writing on websites. In sixth grade she made the smart decision to audition of School of the arts, she was accepted and start middle school at School of the arts as a creative writing major. It was there that her writing developed into what it is today.

ReplyDeleteLiana Caez is a 14 year old teenage girl that lives in Rochester, NY. She is very kind and has an outgoing personality that anyone can laugh to. She attends School of the Arts as a Creative Writing Major . She’s very devoted into her work as a writer and at only 14, sees her future in a writing industry. Her favorite genres to write are Poetry and Drama. In her home, she lives with her mother, father, brother and two dogs. Her two year old nephew is a major aspect as to why she started writing. Caez is the third out of four children and the youngest daughter. She’s very independent and uses her sisters and mother as influences on how she should manage her future wisely. She loves her work and continues to make a path for her future as a creative writer.

DeleteBorn in 2000, Tamaron McKnight is currently a ninth-grade student at School of The Arts, her major being Creative Writing. She auditioned in January of 2012 with a suggestion from her sixth-grade teacher. She wrote an extensive portfolio, but was rather quiet, leading her to believe she wouldn’t get in. She lives in Rochester, New York with her mother, father, 3 sisters and niece. She owns three cats and two dogs. In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, and playing with her niece. In regards to the future, she hopes to one day become an author or work with animals (such as a veterinarian).

She was born April 17th, 2000 and was raised by her mom’s Gail and Nancy, she has a dog named Zoe that she has had since she was seven years old. She enjoys playing Soccer, and has played the guitar since she was 12, she also likes to swim and dive She goes to School of the Arts as a creative writing major. Ellie would like to attend Syracuse University because they have a good journalism and communications program. Her favorite genre to write is journalism and non-fiction, when she gets older she would like to have a career in mass communications and journalism. She would like her job to be in London where she can live when she is older and has graduated from college.

DeleteSamuel Juan Nazario, is amazing with his writing. We all agree that he can express himself in his writing. Although he can lack on certain requirements, he can still have that amazing writing pieces. We try to push Samuel to try more things in writing. Samuel try’s hard and can get certain writing done that is outside his comfort zone. He is an amazing with expressing and focus on the writing we assigned him. They both go to School of The Arts for different things; she for Creative Writing and him for Theater Technology. Her hobbies include; listening to music, reading/writing on Wattpad, reading books, and spending time with her family. Her aspirations in life is become a psychologist for children or a published author. She plans to go to either University of Buffalo or University of Michigan. Her favorite music artists are; Eminem, D12, TLC, SWV and One Direction. About the Author
ReplyDeleteIsabella Watts was born on April 20th, 2000 and grew up in an Italian family. Bella discovered writing through an organization called “Writers and Books” by taking summer camps since she was 8 years old. She was very interested in Journalism, at first, but eventually took up story writing as well. She spends her free time loving music, going out to see movies, watching Netflix and YouTube, playing piano, reading a good book, and, of course, writing her heart out. Bella is currently studying at School of the Arts in Rochester, New York as a Creative Writing Major. She plans on moving to California right after graduation with her best friend and completing her college career. Once in California, she wants to study hard, start a YouTube career, and have the time of her life.
Carina Giannini is a 9th grade Creative Writing major at School of the Arts. She lives in Rochester, New York with her mother, father, and brother. Carina enjoys writing realistic fiction and fantasy short stories. She hopes one day to get one of her stories published. Dan’Nae attends School Of The Arts. Dan’Nae is very talented, she love to play a lot of sports and write poems. DeleteKyra Majewski has been in love with writing since elementary school. Her teachers insisted she attend School of the Arts middle and high school to pursue her interest and develop her skills. Her favorite genres of writing include mystery and historical fiction. Kyra enjoys many other things as well, such as snowboarding and soccer. She has many people to thank for urging her to take her writing a bit further than a few short stories now and then. Those people being her close friends, teachers, and family. DeleteYanira Rosario is a Puerto Rican fourteen year old female and currently lives in Rochester, New York. Some may say she is loud with a very wild personality. Yanira comes from a big family due to her father having eleven siblings and her mother having five. Her family has extended with the addition of her two sisters and three brothers. Since a child, she has been taught that family always comes first, which is why most of her literature deals with young people and their family facing inevitable challenges throughout life. Starting in seventh grade, she has studied writing at School of the Arts and has continued her education there since.

She enjoys the city but says she’d much rather live in the country because there are more acers of land to own and more miles of open road. (Instead of traffic.) When she gets older she wants to be a Pediatrician but will always continue to write as a hobby. Emily loves writing because she feels it is easier to communicate with other and express your feelings pen-to-paper rather than face-to-face.
Frank Cruz is young man whose life takes place in Rochester, New York. He lives with his 4 sister, mother and grandmother. He likes the city life and the ease of access to amenities. He is great football player he thinks, he has been playing since he was about 7 years old. When he grows up wants to play in nfl, or be a football coach, or be a personal trainer.
