Like Water for Chocolate

Read through February for Thursday. Over the break, you should read up to ( but not including) August. So, you will have read January-July when we come back from the break.  Work on imovie poems for Thursday presentations of  at least one project per student.

  1. An example would be when Gertrudis runs through the field with the love from the roses. That whole scene is clearly exaggerated.

  3. One scene involving magic realism in the book is the scene where the chickens fight so much that the create a tornado.
